Which note-taking app do you use?

Best note-taking apps comparison 2026 guide.

In this article, I'm discussing note-taking applications. There are many high-quality and functional note-taking apps. Notion, Craft, Evernote... these are some of the best examples. Looking specifically at the iPhone, we can also include Apple's built-in note-taking app.

Let's start with Notion. I'm a Notion user myself, and my reason for using Notion is that it's ideal for teamwork and has a strong database. I used to use Evernote, but over time it became too ordinary, and I realized I needed a more comprehensive note-taking app. Notion really meets expectations; it might seem a little complicated at first, but once you get used to the interface, it becomes easy.

Craft is a fast and fluid application; especially if you're using Notion, you can't help but notice the difference in speed. It's a very aesthetically pleasing and well-designed application; every note looks like a presentation, which is why we can say it's a favorite note-taking app for designers.

As for Evernote, I think it's not as popular as it used to be; it seems to be overshadowed by Notion and Craft. It's a good application optimized for the Apple ecosystem. Compared to Notion, it has a simpler and easier interface. It might be the third best option after Notion and Craft.

If you only take short notes, Apple Notes and Google Keep might be sufficient for you with their fast and simple interfaces. I'm waiting for your comments below. See you in my next post.
