Which note-taking app do you use?

Image
In this article, I'm discussing note-taking applications. There are many high-quality and functional note-taking apps. Notion, Craft, Evernote... these are some of the best examples. Looking specifically at the iPhone, we can also include Apple's built-in note-taking app.  Let's start with Notion. I'm a Notion user myself, and my reason for using Notion is that it's ideal for teamwork and has a strong database. I used to use Evernote, but over time it became too ordinary, and I realized I needed a more comprehensive note-taking app. Notion really meets expectations; it might seem a little complicated at first, but once you get used to the interface, it becomes easy.  Craft is a fast and fluid application; especially if you're using Notion, you can't help but notice the difference in speed. It's a very aesthetically pleasing and well-designed application; every note looks like a presentation, which is why we can say it's a favorite note-taking app for...

Activating the Depth Effect on the Lock Screen

Image
1. Activating the Depth Effect on the Lock Screen To use the depth effect, you first need a photo with a clear foreground (subject) and a distinct background (like the astronaut in the image). Unlock your phone but don't go to the home screen. While on the lock screen, press and hold. Press the "Customize" button that appears at the bottom, or tap the "+" icon in the bottom right corner to create a new screen. Select the photo you want to use from your gallery. Using two fingers, zoom in slightly on the photo so that the main object slightly obscures the bottom of the clock. (The system will automatically apply the effect to the appropriate image). Important Tip: Tap the three dots (...) in the bottom right corner and make sure the "Depth Effect" option is checked. Blur the Background To make glass icons truly shine and your home screen look smooth like in the image, you need to blur the background: Go to Settings > Wallpaper. Tap the "Customiz...

How to 10x Your Productivity: NotebookLM

How to 10x Your Productivity 1. Source-Grounded Answers (Goodbye, Hallucinations!) The biggest flaw of AI is its tendency to "hallucinate" or make things up. NotebookLM answers only based on the sources you provide. When it gives an answer, it shows exactly which part of the document it pulled the information from. This is a safe haven for academic work and professional reports. 2. Audio Overview: Your Own Personal Podcast This is undoubtedly NotebookLM’s most talked-about feature. You can turn dozens of pages of dry documents into a deep-dive podcast where two AI voices discuss, joke, and debate the topic. Just plug in your AirPods on your commute and learn your research topic as if you were listening to a radio show. 3. Automatic Summaries and Study Guides The moment you upload a document, NotebookLM generates a summary for you. From there, you can ask it to create study guides, FAQ sections, or even a draft for a marketing plan based on those specific files. The Notebook...
